Floral Picture Frame

Turn an ordinary wooden frame into a beautiful gift or display piece with just a bit of glue and some floral embellishment. Our floral picture frame is the perfect craft for kids and/or adults. It's simple enough for children to make yet eloquent enough for adult to want to make.
Get your craft on and have some fun!
Craft Supplies:
- Wooden picture frame*
- Tacky glue
- Floral embellishments - usually sold in the scrap booking section
- Optional: sponge brush, paintbrush or popsicle stick
*Our frame measures 8" square but you can use any size wooden frame.
- Spread a layer of tacky glue on the front side of the picture frame. A sponge brush, paintbrush or popsicle stick will make easy work of this.
- Simply cover the glued surface with floral embellishments. They should overlap in a random pattern. The floral embellishments are a paper like substance which range in size from 1/2" to 3/4".
Idea: Paint the frame using acrylic paint and let dry completely before adding the floral embellishments.
