Ladder Tile Knitting Stitch
The Ladder Tile Stitch is simply worked up with a series of knit and purl stitches. It is not too difficult however, I do recommend a stitch counter to help keep track of which row you are on.
Skill level: Beginner +; 12 Stitch pattern repeat.
Multiple of 12.
1st row (right side): *K4, p1 , k7; rep from * to end.
2nd and every alt row: Purl
3rd and 5th rows: *K4 p2, k6; rep from * to end.
7th row: *K4, p7, k1; rep from * to end.
9th row: *K4, p8 rep from * to end.
11th row: *K1, p7, k4; rep from* to end.
13th row: *P8, k4; rep from * to end.
15th and 17th rows: *K6, p2, k4; rep from * to end.
19th row: *K7, p1, k4; rep * from to end.
20th row: Purl.
Rep these 20 rows.
