Ridged Chevron Crochet Stitch

ridged chevron crochet stitch

Once you are comfortable recognizing crochet stitches and how to count them, you will be able to master this common stitch. The Chevron stitch has a somewhat wavy pattern and the "ridge" portion of the stitch is achieved by working into the back loop only of each stitch.

Any weight yarn with the appropriate size crochet hook. Our sample was made using worsted weight yarn and a size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook.
