Halloween Party Ideas

Halloween is almost here and some of you may be hosting a Halloween party. Here are a few last minutes ideas that you can incorporate into your party to make it special.

 Halloween Party Ideas

First, every party needs to have a centerpiece. Craft Elf has designed a pumpkin centerpiece made from gumdrops. Orange slice gumdrops to be exact with two spearmint leaf gumdrops for the top of the pumpkin. You can let your guests snack on the pumpkin if you like or you can raffle it off and let one of the guests bring it home as a prize.

You will also need some treats or candy cups to give out to the guests. Learn how to make these adorable Candy Corn and Pumpkin Candy Cups. They are an inexpensive way to treat your guests this Halloween.

Halloween Party IdeasYou’ll have the cutest Halloween party favors in town with our simple Pumpkin Party Favors.  You decide what prize to hide inside this little pumpkin.  You can even hide a different prize inside each pumpkin.  To add even more fun and excitement to the party, after making the pumpkins, place them around on the ground outside and let the children go into the pumpkin patch and pick their own pumpkin. They will be so delighted to find a special prize inside!

Another fun activity is to play Pick a Pop with Ghost Lollipops.   You can find complete instructions on how to play Pick a Pop in our June blog post titled Party Games for All Ages ~ Part 2.   You can also adapt the other games in that post for Halloween. The Musical Pictures game can easily be played with Halloween themed pictures and the beach ball in the Beach Ball toss can be replaced with an inflatable pumpkin available at your local party store.

Happy Halloween and Happy Crafting!
