Reindeer Ball Ornament

Turn an ordinary glass or satin ball ornament into a whimsical reindeer ornament.

Easy kids craft.

Hint: If making this project with young children, complete step #1 for them ahead of time.

1. Using the pattern provided, trace and cut out two antlers from white or tan felt.
2. Glue the flat edge of the antlers to the top of the ornament just in front of the hanger.
3. Glue one of the 1/2" tan pompoms where the antler and ornament meet. Repeat with the other 1/2" pompom and antler.
4. Attach the larger tan pompom approximately 2/3 of the way down the face and glue the small red pompom to the center of it for a nose.
5. Glue the two googly eyes to the ornament between the nose and the antlers.
6. Thread a 10" piece of ribbon of monofilament through the eye hook on the top of the ornament and tie the ends in an overhand knot.
