  • Acrylic paint - white, orange, yellow
  • Fine tip black permanent marker
  • Paintbrush
  • Sealer - optional
  • Candy
  • Cellophane & raffia - optional

Pumpkin:

  • Either apply sealer to the outside, including the bottom of the pet pot, or apply a coat of white paint.  Let dry.
  • Paint the outside, including the bottom of the pot orange.  Let dry. Apply a second coat of paint if desired.
  • Draw a face on the outside of the pot with a black permanent marker.

Candy Corn:

  • Either apply sealer to the outside, including the bottom of the pet pot, or apply a coat of white paint.  Let dry.
  • With a pencil, lightly divide your pot into three even sections.
  • Paint the bottom section, including the bottom of the pot white.
  • Paint the top section yellow.
  • Paint the middle section orange.
  • Draw a face in the middle section with a black permanent marker.

When they candy cups are completely dry, fill with either wrapped candy or put unwrapped candy in cellophane and tie the cellophane with a piece of raffia.  An easy way to do this is to place the cellophane in the cup, fill it with candy - then tie it.  This way it will be the right amount of candy for the cup.
