Bat Clip

Materials:

  • 1 Sheet black craft foam   
  • Wooden spring-style clothespin
  • 2 sided tape         
  • Four - 7mm googly eyes
  • all purpose or craft glue      
  • Optional - clear or black glitter

1) Trace bat pattern on black craft foam. You will need two of them.

2) Cut out both bats.

3) Put a 1 ½" piece of 2 sided tape on both sides of a wooden clothes pin (nearest the closed end)

4) Peel the paper off one of the pieces of 2 sided tape and carefully centering it, attach it to the center of one of the bats with the closed end closest to the head of the bat.

5) Repeat step 4 with the other bat being sure to have both bats lined up evenly.

6) Cut 2 small pieces of 2 sided tape and place one inside of each set of wings to hold them together

7) Glue 2 eyes on each side of bat.

8) Optional - spread glue on entire bat or just along edges and sprinkle with glitter*.

9) Clip bats around the house for a hauntingly wonderful Halloween!

Bat Magnet

Materials:
  • 1 sheet Black Craft Foam  
  • 1" strip of magnet
  • Two - 7mm googly eyes  
  • all purpose or craft glue
  • Optional - clear or black glitter

1) Trace and cut out one bat from black craft foam.

2) Attach magnet to back.

3) Glue 2 eyes on front of bat

4) Optional - spread glue on entire bat or just along edges and sprinkle with glitter.
