Description

The geometric circle crochet pattern looks great in a single color but it would also look great if you changed the color with each round. Our sample above was stitched using worsted weight yarn and measures 6" across.

Materials and Supplies

Any weight yarn with the appropriate size crochet hook. Our sample was made using worsted weight yarn and a size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook.

Abbreviations:
ch = chain
dc = double crochet
sk = skip
sl st = slip stitch
st(s) = stitch (es)

Craft Instructions

Base ring: Ch 10, join with sl st.
Round 1: Ch 3 (count as 1 dc), 29 dc into ring, sl st to top of ch 3 (30 dc)
Round 2: Ch 6 (count as 1 dc and 3 ch) sk next 2 dc, [dc into next dc, ch 3, sk next 2 dc] 9 times, sl st to 3rd of 5 ch
Round 3: Ch 3 (count as 1 dc), 2 dc into same place as last sl st, ch 3, [3 dc into next dc, ch 3] 9 times, sl st to top of ch 3.
Round 4: Ch 3 (count as 1 dc), dc into each of next 2 dc, ch 4 [1 dc into each of next 3 dc, ch 4] 9 times, sl st to top of ch 3.
Round 5: Ch 3 (count as 1 dc), dc into each of next 2 dc, ch 5 [1 dc into each of next 3 dc, ch 5] 9 times, sl st to top of ch 3. Fasten off.
