Description
Simple knitting pattern to make a crossroads design using knit and purl stitches. This is not a difficult pattern but some experience is needed. I think it would make a wonderful blanket or lapgan.
Our sample was knitted with worsted weight yarn and size 8 needles. You could make squares from different colors of yarn and sew them together for a patchwork style afghan.
Skill level: Beginner
12 Stitch pattern repeat.
Materials and Supplies
You can use any weight yarn along with the appropriate size needles for that particular yarn. A suggestion of needle sizes often is posted on the yarn label (wrapper).
