Description

If you are looking for a fun knitting pattern that makes a diamond shape, this is one you will want to try. Even though this looks like a complicated pattern to follow it is actually quite simple to complete. It is knit using only basic knit and purl stitches.

Materials and Supplies

You can use any weight yarn along with the appropriate size needles for that particular yarn. A suggestion of needle sizes often is posted on the yarn label (wrapper).

Craft Instructions

Multiple of  15.

1st row (right side): P1,  k4, p5, k4, *p2, k4, p5, k4; rep from *to last st, p1.
2nd row: K2, p4, k3, p4, *k4, p4, k3, p4 rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
3rd row: P3, k4, p1, k4, *p6, k4, pl, k4; rep from * to last 3 sts, p3.
4th row: K4, p7, *k8, p7; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4.
5th row: P5, k5, *pl0, k5; rep from * to last 5 sts, p5.
6th row: P1 , k5, p3, k5, *p2, k5, p3, k5; rep from * to last st, p1.
7th row: K2, p5, k1, p5, * k4, p5, k1, p5; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
8th row: P3, k9, *p6, k9; rep from * to last 3 sts, p3.
9th row: As 7th row.
10th row: As 6th row.
11th row: As 5th row.
12th row: As 4th row.
13th row: As 3rd row.
14th row: As 2nd row.
Rep these 14 rows.
