This knitting pattern produces a cute shell pattern. Three out of every four rows are basic knit or purl rows which makes this pattern easy to follow.

You can use any weight yarn along with the appropriate size needles for that particular yarn. A suggestion of needle sizes often is posted on the yarn label (wrapper).
Craft Instructions
Multiple of 7 + 2
1st row (right side): Knit
2nd row: Purl
3rd row: K2, *yfrn, p1, p3tog, p1, yon, k2; rep from * to end.
4th row: Purl.
Rep these 4 rows.
